In February 2024, the LevasFlor Foundation took another step towards strengthening the resilience of the rural communities of Cheringoma and Muanza with the distribution of 1,000 chickens. Each beneficiary family received three layers and a rooster, promoting food security and generating new income opportunities.
The action is part of the emergency response of the 3R (Triple Resilience) project, developed to mitigate the impacts of the severe drought caused by El Niño in 2024, strengthening local livelihoods and reducing the vulnerability of families.
